Physical Therapist

Evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and guide them through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training to restore mobility and function. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, document care in EMR, and educate patients and families. Contribute to a positive, patient-first clinic culture with opportunities for mentorship and continuing education.
