Physical Therapist

Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and perform therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and reduce pain. Manage patient records, coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers, and provide education on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques. Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care goals.
