Job Summary
Pediatric Physical Therapist needed for in-home pediatric therapy in the Dallas area. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests, developing and implementing treatment plans aligned with physician orders, delivering in-home therapy for a wide range of pediatric diagnoses, communicating progress with families, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining thorough documentation. Must hold a Texas PT license and BLS/CPR certification; reliable transportation and driving insurance required. Required Qualifications
- Valid, active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
- Current BLS/CPR License
