Job Summary
Outpatient Physical Therapist providing in-home rehabilitation services to older adults in Lebanon, NH and surrounding areas. Evaluates patients, develops and delivers PT programs, educates patients and caregivers, and coordinates with the rehabilitation team. Role includes supervision of PT assistants and support staff, documentation, and participation in care conferences. Requires a valid Physical Therapy license (US) and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent), with the option for H-1B sponsorship and relocation assistance. Position is 30 hours per week, salaried, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus; flexible schedule and in-home/mobile care across facilities and home settings.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility; and
- They must have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- They must have a Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- They must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
