Job Summary
Independently perform assessments, diagnostic tests, skilled procedures and ongoing evaluations for clients in their homes as part of a Texas-based in-home physical therapy team. Provide one-on-one therapeutic care, build strong patient relationships, and promote client safety and quality of life while adhering to agency policies. Enjoy a flexible schedule with drive-time compensation and comprehensive benefits. Must hold an approved physical therapy program credential and an active, unrestricted PT license in Texas, plus current CPR certification and TB testing. Effective communication and cultural sensitivity are essential to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification and TB test
