Job Summary
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide professional physical therapy. The PT is responsible for rendering clinical and technical physical therapy to assigned patients, including evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning. Direct and indirect patient care is provided according to the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules. Requires a baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate degree in Physical Therapy, current BLS, Texas license (or temporary license), and at least 1 year of licensed PT experience. Responsibilities include clear communication, building collaborative relationships, accountability for performance, improving patient experience, initiative for professional growth, and contributing to a winning team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
