Job Summary
Provide direct inpatient physical therapy, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns while building meaningful patient relationships. Requires licensure or state-regulation certification, CPR certification, and a degree in physical therapy (Master's preferred, or Bachelor’s with sufficient experience). Be part of Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation team and contribute to patient progress in a supported, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
