Physical Therapist

Evaluation and treatment of patients in Rehab hospital and LTAC hospital, including initial and discharge evaluations, development of treatment plans, documenting in the EMR, educating patients and families, communicating progress to the team, preparing equipment orders, and liaising with vendors and outside physicians. Serves as CI/mentor for interns, participates in skills checks, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team. New graduates are welcomed and the role supports a structured pathway within a health system in Georgia with hospital-based rehab focus. The position requires a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred), BLS, and an active or eligible GA PT license, with at least one year of rehab experience; basic computer literacy is expected.
