Job Summary
Provide physical therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and independence; collaborate with the rehab team to design and implement recovery programs; educate patients and caregivers to promote ongoing independence; role is in-facility with a focus on patient-centered care and multidisciplinary collaboration; requires a PT license in the practicing state and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or an approved equivalent path), with visa sponsorship eligibility and relocation support available. You’ll work within Powerback’s comprehensive rehabilitation and wellness model, contributing to outpatient clinics, skilled nursing centers, and home-based care across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
