Job Summary
Provide direct inpatient physical therapy at Encompass Health, including supervising treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Build meaningful patient relationships to support physical, mental, and emotional recovery; contribute to a collaborative rehabilitation team and a culture of compassionate, high-quality care. Requires current licensure or state-required certification, CPR certification, and an advanced degree (Master's preferred) or equivalent clinical experience to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation in an inpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
