Job Summary
Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy. Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand and support their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Working within Encompass Health’s well-equipped PT gyms and utilizing the latest technology to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and contribute to patient progress in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
