Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed at Wellstar in Roswell, GA. Manages rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity. Responsibilities include developing and revising treatment plans with patient/family input, providing ongoing education and discharge instructions, documenting evaluations and treatment sessions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with physicians, staff, and families. Must demonstrate effective communication, strong customer service, teamwork, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards; licensure and ongoing professional development required.
