A full-time licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) to serve as a concierge-style consultant PT for employees at partner worksites, offering virtual wellness visits and quarterly on-site visits across ~20 client locations (primarily manufacturing). Responsibilities include virtual physical therapy evaluations, first-aid recommendations, triage, early intervention guidance, and referrals to local providers when needed. Travel to client sites is ~25–33% with on-site and virtual consultations; typical schedule includes daytime hours with travel blocks and several annual meetings. Requires autonomy, relationship-building, and the ability to work with leadership and employees at multiple locations. Travel expenses reimbursed; salary range $80,000–$90,000 with annual performance bonus; supportive benefits and potential certification assistance. Qualifications include PA or PT-Compact state licensure, 3+ years of experience, and a DPT; Spanish-speaking and OCS a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of PA or a PT Compact State
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
- State license to practice as a PT
- 3+ years of experience
- Outpatient Orthopedics or Occupational Health experience preferred
- Strong independent clinical judgment and triage (red/yellow flag awareness)
- Comfortable engaging with employees at all levels, including leadership
- Ability to travel and support multiple worksites
- OCS a plus
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
- Full-time, 40+ hours per week required
