Job Summary
Concierge-style Physical Therapist, providing virtual wellness consults and quarterly on-site visits to ~50–250 employees across client worksites, with travel to locations (4x/year) and on-demand virtual evaluations; responsibilities include first-aid assessments, early intervention guidance, clinical triage, and referrals to local providers when formal treatment is needed, while building relationships with employees and client leadership; requires licensure as a PT in GA or a PT Compact State, Doctor of Physical Therapy, 3+ years of experience, independence in clinical judgment, and willingness to travel; bilingual Spanish a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of GA or a PT Compact State
- Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent standing
- State license as a Physical Therapist
- 3+ years of experience
- Outpatient Orthopedics or Occupational Health experience preferred
- Willingness to travel and support multiple worksites
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
- Full-time, 40+ hours per week
