Job Summary
Conduct individualized physical therapy programs including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to maximize patient progress toward functional goals. Deliver care to residents while maintaining a collaborative team environment focused on quality services and making a difference in their lives. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, a current unencumbered Wisconsin license, and at least one year of experience as a physical therapy aide. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university
- current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin
