Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist needed to provide pediatric PT services within a transdisciplinary team, delivering individual therapy in infants, toddlers, and families, developing IFSP-based strategies, training staff and families, and implementing assistive technology and home-visit services across natural settings. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, writing timely reports and progress notes, participating in IFSP meetings, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with licensing and policy requirements. The role emphasizes family-centered care, documentation, and collaboration with Early Head Start partners, with travel within the catchment area. Bilingual English/Spanish is required; license to practice in Texas is required; a Doctor’s degree in physical therapy may be relevant for some applicants. The position requires lifting up to 35 pounds, flexibility in work environments, and the ability to work as part of a team.
