Conduct initial evaluations, establish individualized treatment plans and discharge goals, and implement or supervise therapy using appropriate procedures and equipment. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families to promote positive customer service while consistently meeting patient care productivity standards. Educate patients and caregivers on program goals, home exercises, and injury prevention, then provide treatment documentation and re-evaluate progress to make discharge recommendations. Requires a doctoral degree from an APTA-accredited school, current Oregon license, and BLS certification within 30 days.
