Physical Therapist

Conduct initial and re-evaluation patient assessments, develop and execute individualized treatment plans, and perform hands-on therapies to reduce pain, build strength, and restore range of motion. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families to manage cases involving orthopedic injuries, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and balance issues. Document all treatment sessions and status changes while tailoring interventions to specific patient needs. Maintain readiness for high-volume daily caseloads within a busy, collaborative clinical environment.
