Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Physical Therapy or Master's Physical Therapy or Doctorate Physical Therapy
- PT - Physical Therapist
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - American Red Cross Basic Life Support - or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Georgia State Licensure Upon Hire Required
- All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated
