Job Summary
Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities, delivering evaluations, individualized plans of care, and evidence-based treatment to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life. Roles include in-home visits and occasional telehealth, documentation in FOX’s EMR, interdisciplinary collaboration with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists, and patient/caregiver education to promote aging in place. Ability to create and manage your own treatment schedule, travel to patient homes in Colorado Springs area, and participate in telehealth as appropriate. H1B sponsorship available for qualified clinicians; base pay ranges $70,000–$110,000 for full-time roles with additional earning opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
