Facilitate care within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes while maintaining flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule. Join a primarily clinician-operated private practice built on a foundation of Geriatric House Calls, offering unlimited access to continuing education and professional certification reimbursement. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available with salary or paid-per-unit compensation, and sponsorship is provided for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
