Job Summary
Conduct initial evaluations, daily notes, and reassessments to formulate diagnoses, goals, and treatment plans for a patient caseload. Administer musculoskeletal interventions including therapeutic exercises, joint mobilization, and modalities while providing education on ADLs, transfers, and community reintegration. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to modify care plans, initiate consultations, and complete discharge procedures. Record all data in Prompt EMR, oversee support staff, and attend annual billing seminars to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and reimbursement systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Doctorate degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in
- Completed state regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR License
- Basic computer skills
- Works as a team member and individually with minimal supervision
- Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times
