Physical Therapist

Review patients' medical history, diagnose by observing movement and listening to concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed to track clinical outcomes. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards.
