Job Summary
Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop plans of care to restore function and improve mobility. Deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility, gait, and functional training while supporting early patient progression during hospitalization. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care and discharge planning, educate patients and families on treatment and safety, and maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation. This role offers a sign-on bonus of $15,000 and structured onboarding mentorship for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
