Physical Therapist

Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and communicate these plans to appropriate parties. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and supervise assigned assistants. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and state licensure, with two years of experience preferred.
