Physical Therapist

Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to address assessment areas requiring attention, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and ensure these plans are communicated to appropriate parties. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols, supervise assigned assistants, and complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and state licensure, with two years of experience preferred.
