Physical Therapist

Evaluate and treat patients in the Rehab and LTAC hospitals by performing initial and discharge evaluations, setting goals, and developing treatment plans. Document progress in the EMR, educate patients and families, and communicate updates during clinical conferences and with outside physicians. Prepare equipment orders, contact vendors, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and hospital skills checks. Serve as a CI/mentor for interns as needed. This role supports Wellstar's mission to enhance health and well-being within Georgia's most integrated health system.
