Job Summary
Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate clinical techniques. Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Maintain Physical Therapy licensure and CPR/BLS certification as required for practice. Join a 49-bed hospital and medical office network serving the Columbia River Gorge community since 1901.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
