Physical Therapist

Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and communicate these plans to appropriate parties. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and supervise assigned assistants. Ensure all clinical documentation is comprehensive and accurate within established deadlines. Maintain Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice and hold current CPR or BLS certification. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and two years of experience. Full-time role in The Dalles, Oregon.
