Physical Therapist

Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Create comprehensive discharge plans, ensure communication with appropriate parties, and perform accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines. Supervise assigned assistants and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and state licensure, with two years of experience preferred.
