Job Summary
Conduct daily patient evaluations, administer tests and measures, and synthesize results to formulate diagnoses, goals, and treatment plans. Execute established plans of care through musculoskeletal interventions including therapeutic exercises, joint mobilization, and modalities while providing education on ADLs, transfers, and community reintegration. Collect and record patient care data in the Prompt EMR, manage daily billing, and oversee support staff such as PTA and aides. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to modify care plans, initiate consultations, and complete discharge plans. Requires a licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, valid CPR license, and state CEU completion. Full-time position with up to $7,500 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Doctorate degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in
- Completed state regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR License
- Excellent oral, written communication
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Basic computer skills
- Works as a team member and individually with minimal supervision
- Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times
