Physical Therapist

Establish and grow pediatric physical therapy services at the Schertz location, initially serving as the sole onsite therapist with autonomy to shape the program. Collaborate with occupational, speech therapy, and ABA professionals on-site to deliver team-based care that improves patient outcomes. Manage caseloads independently while utilizing clinical competency specialist mentorship for specialty training. This role offers two compensation models: hourly pay or pay-per-visit options with benefits. Full-time hours range from 30 to 40 weeks, with evening shifts required. The organization provides a $5,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a $500 annual CEU stipend. You must hold a Texas PT license with at least one year of pediatric experience.
