Job Summary
Evaluate and treat complex inpatient and outpatient diagnoses while supervising daily patient activities for Physical Therapist Assistants and aides. Communicate therapy goals and patient information to physicians, hospital staff, and reimbursement agents. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, current California licensure, and Basic Life Support certification. Preferred qualifications include a Master's or DPT, one year of acute care experience, and previous Skilled Nursing experience. Full-time position with competitive hourly pay ranging from $53.08 to $78.05.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current California Physical Therapy issued by the Physical Therapy Board
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- One (1) year of professional experience with both in and outpatient areas of an acute care hospital preferred, including pre-graduate clinical internships
- Previous Skilled Nursing experience (OVCH)
- Additional Board Specialty Certification(s) by the APTA
