Job Summary
Oversee user testing and feedback synthesis for Dephy's Consumer and Medical programs while advising on the product roadmap. Organize clinical relationships and research to support new product development, and deliver hands-on demonstrations of wearable robotics to clinicians and customers locally and nationally. Create written and video content that aligns with wellness positioning and regulatory guidelines, serving as a byline expert and on-camera talent when needed. Represent the company at demos and events, acting as an evangelist within physical therapy communities. Maintain current knowledge of movement technologies and patient care solutions. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and requires a licensed DPT in the US with strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications

- Licensed DPT (current in the US)
- Strong communication skills — able to serve as a credible bridge between clinical, marketing, and engineering teams
- Experience ensuring that content and communications align with general wellness positioning and regulatory guidelines
- Hold a current and reputable network of physicians, PTs, OTs, and movement specialists, and connect Dephy to relevant business opportunities
- Be in the Boxborough office or at demo locations (within driving distance) 5 days a week.
- Overnight/ airplane travel up to 15-20% of the time.
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of clinical experience, ideally with a focus on mobility, neuro rehab, orthopedics, or geriatric care
- Experience with beta testing, clinical trials, or product feedback loops is a plus
- Familiarity with wearable technology, assistive devices, or movement-tracking tools
- Experience creating patient education materials or consumer health content
- Past participation in user testing oversight, feedback synthesis, and/or advisory input on the roadmap
- Experience organizing, managing, and expanding ongoing clinical relationships and research to support new product development
- Working knowledge of FDA regulatory guidelines and general wellness product positioning (or eagerness to learn)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
- Passion for reshaping how people think about mobility support, aging, and independence
- Entrepreneurial mindset — has helped build something from scratch, whether a clinic, program, or content platform
- Bonus points for: Existing social media presence or personal brand within the PT/wellness space, and/or publications in peer-reviewed medical journals
