Job Summary
Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) role in CORA Physical Therapy’s outpatient clinics. You will develop and deliver personalized care plans for diverse orthopedic and neurologic patients, measure outcomes with advanced software, document evaluations and treatments, pursue ongoing professional development, and oversee daily clinic operations including financial, administrative, and personnel management. The position emphasizes leadership in a growing network, clinical excellence, collaboration with teammates to enhance clinic culture, and leveraging EMR/AI tools to improve efficiency. The role offers relocation assistance at select locations and a competitive benefits package, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
