Job Summary
Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) at CORA leads the launch and ongoing operation of a brand-new outpatient clinic in Richmond, VA. Responsibilities include developing a personalized plan of care for patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, measuring patient outcomes with advanced software, efficiently documenting evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes, pursuing professional growth and community partnerships, and collaborating with a regional leadership team to grow the clinic culture and referral network. You will manage daily clinic operations, financial and personnel aspects, and contribute to building a patient-centered, outcomes-driven clinic from opening day. Requirements: degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program, licensed or license eligible as a PT, and at least one year of PT experience.
