Job Summary
Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) for a brand-new CORA clinic in Middleburg, FL. Lead the startup clinic from ground up, shaping culture, building a high-performing team, developing community and physician relationships, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. Responsibilities include managing daily clinic operations, creating personalized care plans for a diverse outpatient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, objectively measuring patient outcomes with EMR/software, documenting evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes, pursuing professional growth and affiliations, collaborating with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture, and driving business growth with referral partnerships. Requires a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, license or license-eligible, and at least one year of PT experience. Required Qualifications
