Job Summary
Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) at CORA leads a brand-new outpatient clinic launch in Miami. You will oversee daily clinic operations, develop a personalized plan of care for patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, objectively measure patient outcomes with advanced software, and efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes. The role emphasizes autonomy to influence clinic culture, team development, hiring, and community relationships, with opportunities for professional growth through affiliations, conferences, and mentorship. Relocation assistance is available for select opportunities. The position centers on inclusive physical therapy treatment, a patient-first culture, and a focus on outcomes within an entrepreneurial, startup-style clinic environment. Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
