Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) to lead the launch of a brand-new outpatient CORA clinic in Mechanicsville, VA. Responsibilities include developing and delivering a personalized plan of care for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, objectively measuring patient outcomes with advanced software, efficiently documenting evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes, and managing daily clinic operations including financial, administrative, and personnel management. You will pursue professional growth through affiliations, workshops, conferences, and community events, and build meaningful community and physician relationships while shaping clinic culture and patient-first care.
