Job Summary
Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) leads a brand-new outpatient CORA clinic in Lexington, VA from opening day. Manages daily operations, develops personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population (orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses), measures patient outcomes with advanced software, documents evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes, and fosters professional growth through affiliations, workshops, and events. Collaborates with a regional leadership team to build clinic culture, relationships with community and physicians, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and drive clinic success in a startup-style environment. Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
