Job Summary
Evaluate, plan, and administer evidence-based treatment programs for patients across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. Establish timely treatment plans tailored to individual needs while delivering quality care that empowers patients to exceed functional outcomes. Meet and exceed clinic budgets through strategic referral generation, increased visit volume, and appropriate billing practices. Demonstrate positive connections with patients, clinicians, and community stakeholders. Base salary ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 annually with monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- State Licensure
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience preferred
