Job Summary
Evaluate patients and establish timely treatment plans to deliver evidence-based care across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. Administer treatment programs that empower patients to exceed functional outcomes while meeting and exceeding clinic budgets through referral generation and appropriate billing. Build strong relationships with patients, clinicians, and the broader community to foster a positive clinical environment. This role includes a base salary of $80,000 to $100,000, monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 in select locations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- State Licensure
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association

- Management experience preferred
