Provide inclusive, patient-centered physical therapy to a diverse caseload with orthopedic and neurologic needs while creating and implementing individualized plans of care. Track progress using advanced outcome-measurement tools and complete thorough documentation for evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharges. Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel responsibilities, while leading your team to foster a strong, collaborative culture. Work a 45-hour week split between 35 hours treating patients and 10 hours on administrative duties. Pursue professional development through workshops, conferences, and community engagement within a network of outpatient clinics serving communities across 10 states.
