Job Summary
Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) leads the daily operations of an outpatient CORA Physical Therapy clinic, develops and delivers personalized plans of care for patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, objectively measures outcomes with advanced software, efficiently documents evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes, pursues ongoing professional development through affiliations, workshops, conferences, and community events, and collaborates with teammates to grow clinical skills and clinic culture. The role involves managing financial, administrative, and personnel aspects of the clinic, with a sign-on bonus available up to $10K for qualified locations and relocation assistance for select opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
