Job Summary
Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for leading the daily operations of an outpatient CORA Physical Therapy clinic, delivering personalized care plans for patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, measuring and documenting patient outcomes using advanced software, and supporting professional development, team collaboration, and clinic culture. Primary duties include management of evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, discharge notes, and administrative tasks (financial, personnel, and operations). Role emphasizes leadership in a outpatient setting with opportunities for growth through residency programs, clinical ladder, and mentorship. Requires a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, PT license or license eligibility, and at least 1 year of PT experience. Relocation assistance is available for select locations, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 may apply for qualified candidates at eligible clinics.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
