Physical Therapist - Clinic Director

Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff in an outpatient orthopedic clinic. Oversee patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and manage clinic operations including patient experience and scheduling. Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners, and partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth. Opportunity to participate in Upstream’s Therapist Partnership Model toward equity ownership. Requires a DPT or equivalent and active Tennessee PT license; leadership experience is preferred and developing others is required.
