Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff; oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling; provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans; build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners; opportunities for leadership development and growth within Upstream Rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Leadership experience preferred
- Passion for developing others required
