Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff; foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care; provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans; oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling; build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners; partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Passion for developing others required
