Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff; oversee clinic operations including patient experience, scheduling, and clinical performance; provide direct patient care with individualized, evidence-based treatment plans; build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners; partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support growth; pursue pathways toward multi-site leadership or clinic ownership/partnership; participate in Upstream’s professional development programs to continually advance leadership and clinical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others required
