Job Summary
Clinic Director leading an outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy team in Grants Pass, OR. Responsible for mentoring and supervising PTs and clinical staff, delivering direct patient care with evidence-based treatment plans, overseeing clinic operations including scheduling and patient experience, and building relationships with local referral sources and community partners. Opportunity to advance leadership capabilities within Upstream Rehabilitation and pursue pathway to multi-site leadership or ownership. Must have DPT or equivalent and an active Oregon PT license (or eligibility); leadership experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others required
